At PawPyaar, we want you and your furry family member to be completely happy with every purchase. If something goes wrong, we are here to make it right — quickly and without any hassle.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

✅ The product arrived damaged or broken ✅ You received a wrong product ✅ The product is defective or not working ✅ The product is significantly different from the description

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

❌ The product has been used ❌ Original packaging is missing or damaged ❌ Return request is made after 7 days of delivery ❌ Product was purchased during a clearance or final sale


2. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email us at hellopawpyaar@gmail.com Subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"

Step 2: Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or video of the product

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you return instructions.

Step 4: Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship it to our address.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

5. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective product) → We will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to change of mind → Customer bears the shipping cost

6. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Defective product
  • damaged product

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return request and mention "Exchange" in the subject line.


7. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Email us immediately at hellopawpyaar@gmail.com
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched
  • You can initiate a return after delivery

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

❌ Opened food or treats ❌ Grooming products that have been used ❌ Customized or personalized products ❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"


9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/video immediately upon opening
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked ✅
